Stetson Europe pays for the expenses for the flight to Cape Town from one of the above listed airports as well as for the stay at the Inverdoorn Safari Lodge, including 6 meals, 4 safaris and 2 overnights in a 4* chalet (double occupancy) for two persons. The transfer from Cape Town to the lodge and all additional expenses, e.g. additional meals, beverages, etc. must be borne by the winner and his/her traveling companion. The winner receives a voucher that must be redeemed by September 2013. The winner must notify FWS at least 10 weeks prior to the planned start of the trip. The availability of the lodge cannot be guaranteed, especially during the summer, therefore we ask for timely information. The winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received and will be notified by email. Winners will be given seven business days from the first day of notification to respond to claim prize. A non-response by the winner after the specified two business days will be considered winners forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible for any reason, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Only one answer per person valid. Only participants of full age with full name entered will be considered. Employees and clients of Stetson Europe are not allowed to participate in the sweepstake. Names and photos of the winners may be published. No legal recourse is permitted. By participating, entrants agree that Stetson Europe and any party involved in the sweepstake shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this sweepstake, including entry and participation in this sweepstake and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. A cash pay-out is not possible. This sweepstake shall be governed by German law under the responsibility of the courts in Cologne.
